Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability
Water Purification Experts ships products exclusively within South Africa. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Rates
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee for all orders:

  • Standard Delivery: R190.00 (ZAR) flat rate nationwide.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Handling Time: 0 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and hand your order over to the courier.

  • Transit Time: 1 – 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time the courier takes to deliver the parcel to your door.

  • Total Delivery Time: 1 – 7 Business Days from the time of payment confirmation.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the following business day.

4. Payment Confirmation
Please note that items will only enter the shipping phase once your payment has been confirmed and cleared in our account. Delays in payment clearance (e.g., inter-bank transfers) may result in a delay in dispatch.

5. Delivery Address & Liability

  • Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate physical delivery address and contact number.

  • Liability: Water Purification Experts will not be held liable for failed or incorrect deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
